U 12,s Hurricanes v Boothstown Dynamos 21.4.2012
Challenge Cup Semi - Final A 5-1 home win sends Hurricanes to Ayrshire rd for the final of the Supplementary Cup C to defend the cup they won last season. A thourghly deserved victory on today’s performance with all twelve players competitive, determined and at times very composed in the way the played. For the first time Keane Riley – Newman wore the captains arm band and though unfamiliar to him he carried out the duties in the centre circle very competently. By now going a goal behind within the first two minutes is something Hurricanes and the supporters have been getting used too, ...
U12, s Hurricanes v Salford Victoria 17.4.2012
Hurricanes recorded their biggest win of the season defeating Salford 7-1 away at the SSV on a wet Tuesday night. Having narrowly beating the same side four days earlier in the cup Hurricanes new this league fixture wouldn’t be easy. The task however was made easier again due to Salford’s lack of numbers but there was no repeat of Saturdays close game as Hurricanes dominated and retained possession with ease. Chances and goals came at regular intervals a hat trick from Mathew Whiteside, two from Ben Crowther and one each from Lucas Warburton and James Murphy. The score line should have been ...

U 12,s Hurricanes v Salford Victoria 14.4.2012 Supplementary Cup Hurricanes moved into the semi finals with an away win at the SSV .Now in confident mood to defend the cup they won last season. Salford’s depleted numbers and their lowly league position should have provided an easy route to the next round but as this season has proved getting back to back performances from this Hurricanes team has been hard to accomplish. Every credit has to go to Salford Victoria’s battlers as they pushed Hurricanes all the way to the 55min before Lucas Warburton scored the winner. The game itself started after Captain Mason ...
