Soccer Festival is to be held on the dates shown below. Their will be trophies
for winners and runners up and for each age group. To enter, please return an application form (right
hand column) to Keith Long at the address shown below.

Please note the following
points:

The entrance fee is £35 per team or £30 if received by 30/04/09
· Under 7’s to 10’s will play Seven-a-Side, other age
groups will play Six-a-Side.
· A completed Application Form and cheque made payable to Beechfield United F.C.
should be forwarded to Keith Long at the address shown below.
· All players must be under the relevant age as at31st August 2008
· The tournament will take place at Beechfarm Playing Field’s Shelley Road, Swinton, M27 0PB, 0161
794 2854.
· On match day all teams must register their arrival no later than 9:15am.
· A maximum
of 10 players per squad will be allowed.
·
A maximum of 24 teams per age group.
· All teams must be affiliated to a registered league.
· The consumption of alcohol is not allowed.
