Please note the following points:
The entrance fee is £30 per team
Trophies will be provided for winners, runners up and for team managers
A completed Application Form and cheque made payable to Beechfield United F.C. should be forwarded to Keith Long at the address shown above.
All players must be under the relevant age as at 31st August 2005.
The tournament will take place at Salford's new £4m. Sports Village, Littleton Road Salford.
On match days all teams must register their arrival no later than 9:15am.
A maximum of 10 players per team will be allowed.
All teams must be affiliated to a registered league.
The consumption of alcohol is not allowed.
DE Photos will be present on the day. If you do not wish your team to be photographed please inform the organisers on the day.
