The Club has a professional coach Pete Lofthouse and an established player recruitment policy around an initiative called The Holding Group.
This Holding Group offers football for 4 & 5 year olds, helping them learn some basic skills and have some fun as they settle in at the Club ready for the following year, when the 5/6 year olds will join the Under 7's squad.
All teams have their own training nights and all our coaches are at least FA Level 1 qualified and a few are Level 2. In addition the Club has funded approximately 40 volunteers and parents to complete the Child Protection Course and Emergency First Aid. Over 60 Volunteers have now been CRB checked.

The Club help our local Leagues by providing young Referees. Several players have gained the appropriate qualification and are now refereeing Mini-Soccer in the City of Salford Soccer League.
Beechfield United have allowed the use of their Club House and facilities, providing coaching during summer and school holidays.
Beechfield support, The Guide Dog's for the Blind Association and have held several charity events. We have raised enough funds to sponsor our own dog called 'Beechy'. We make regular visits and contributions to the Guide Dog centre at Bolton.

Beechfield United have almost 300 registered players throughout all the age groups. With this in mind and in the interests of the young children playing football we have introduced Match Day Stewards. The Stewards have all attended the Child Protection Course and have completed the Emergency First Aid course. The Stewards are an invaluable part of the Club they check the pitches before the matches and ensure the goalposts are safe and secure, they also help local residents resolve any problems they may have with parking.
