In the Stax City of Salford Soccer League Beechfield United Under 12s Storm had to win their last match of the season to be crowned Division 1 champions. And Beechy made no mistake when they beat Ringley Park Rangers 4-0 at Beech Farm Playing Fields. United dominated the contest and thanks to a brilliant display by defenders Alfie Belcher, Ridley Cassidy, Joe Akerman, Lewis Henderson plus Man of the Match Adam Kinsey Ringley Park didn’t manage one direct shot on target. Goalscorers were Tom Battersby, Jake O,Brien and Taylor Share (2) (which included his 30th goal of the season) Congratulations to all the players and Team Manager Gary Parker.
